The deciding factor is whether your information is already public. For anything that is already publicly discoverable (your live website, public pages, or public company information), we may use vetted third-party AI services to accelerate analysis.

For anything that is not independently public (your analytics, ad accounts, CRM, email data, and any other private information you give us access to), we use only our own internal, locally run model on dedicated hardware we control. That private data never touches a third-party AI or LLM provider at any stage of the pipeline, from raw intake to the final report.

Every important number in a deliverable is tied to a specific evidence ID inside your own underlying data. If a claim doesn't have evidence behind it, we remove it or clearly label it as an assumption.

On top of that, we run critic checks and formal calculation checks, then a final human review, so polished language never hides bad maths.

Our consultants make the final call, always. AI helps surface patterns and anomalies faster than a person could alone, but every recommendation is reviewed by a human partner before it ever reaches you.
